Technically a vacation.

Emotionally, something else.

TOWN CRUISE sets sail May 9, 2026 aboard the Carnival Mardi Gras, a 7-day floating fever dream of buffets, water slides, and unearned confidence. We’ll depart from Port Canaveral, Florida, and cruise straight into the heart of the Eastern Caribbean with several stops along the way to hydrate, recalibrate, and probably lose a flip-flop.

The Itinerary

Because someone has to know where we’re going.

Day 1 (May 9): Depart Port Canaveral, FL at 3:30 PM
Anchor up, visor down, reality off.

Day 2: Fun Day at Sea
Interpret "fun" however you need to.

Day 3: Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Our first port! Gorgeous beaches, very photogenic donkeys, and excellent excuses to drink rum at 10 AM.

Day 4: Amber Cove, Dominican Republic (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Tropical adventures, hammocks, and/or a highly aggressive zipline.

Day 5: Fun Day at Sea
Still fun. Still sea.

Day 6: Nassau, Bahamas (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Classic Caribbean cruise stop. There are forts. There are beaches. There’s a Señor Frog’s. Choose wisely.

Day 7: Celebration Key™, Bahamas (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
A brand-new private island experience, brought to you by Carnival™ and capitalism. Expect perfection and cabanas.

Day 8 (May 16): Return to Port Canaveral, FL at 8:00 AM
Regret nothing. Pack everything.

the ship: mardi gras

A literal city at sea. Roller coaster? Check. Water park? Obviously. Food curated by actual chefs and/or a team of cruise goblins? Absolutely. If you’re picturing shuffleboard and soggy spaghetti, think again — this boat slaps.

the group

We’re aiming to take over this ship one awkward small-town conversation at a time. Whether you're coming solo, as a family, or as part of the unofficial Cruise Line Dance-Off Team (applications open), you’ll never be far from someone you kind of know.
